Driven by a childhood setback where a physiotherapist helped him run again, James is on a mission to restore physical confidence. He believes patients should never surrender their passions to pain, focusing entirely on getting people back to doing what they love.

An active community sports enthusiast, James spends his downtime training for triathlons, chasing after his daughter Lily, and keeping active around Rose Bay, ideally with a packet of Tim Tams nearby.

Vitali is the principal physiotherapist and senior clinician who has over 22 years of experience working with children, the local community and elite sports. He has a special interest in injury prevention and Clinical Pilates. Vitali lives in the local community and has three kids and one fur baby who love camping, and going to the beach. He also enjoys working on those home improvement jobs.
