Gemma completed her Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science and Master of Physiotherapy at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS). She has developed broad clinical experience across a range of settings, including private practice, sports environments, intensive care, neurological and inpatient rehabilitation.
Gemma enjoys the variety that physiotherapy offers and is committed to continually refining her clinical skills across all areas of practice. She values evidence-based care and takes a thoughtful, individualised approach to treatment, ensuring each patient receives high-quality, goal-focused support.
Driven by a genuine desire to help others, Gemma is passionate about supporting patients through meaningful and lasting recovery. She believes in creating a supportive and encouraging environment where patients feel heard, confident, and empowered throughout their rehabilitation.
Outside of the clinic, Gemma enjoys staying active through gym training and running. Living close to the beach, she makes the most of coastal walks and early morning swims, reflecting her strong belief in the importance of movement and long-term wellbeing.
Rachel McComb holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Australian Catholic University. She has worked as a musculoskeletal physiotherapist, with additional clinical exposure in hand therapy and orthopaedics during her training.
Rachel has a strong interest in treating neck-related headaches, lower back and knee pain, and gym-related injuries. She takes a personalised approach to care, focusing on understanding what matters most to each patient and building a treatment plan that supports their individual goals.
With an active background that includes gym training, CrossFit-style movement, and reformer Pilates, Rachel brings a practical, movement-based perspective to rehabilitation. She enjoys helping patients find confidence in their bodies and return to the activities they enjoy most.
Michael is our senior clinician and manager who has 30 years of private practice experience, including working in the UK and Germany. He loves to focus on ‘why’ people develop their pain and using this knowledge tailor their rehabilitation to address the cause of the problem. He has 2 kids and is an avid fisherman, diver and surfer. His house is also closely guarded by a fierce and fluffy Cavoodle.
