Susan’s favourite part of working as a physiotherapist is supporting patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, collaborating closely with the admin team and fellow physios to ensure every person feels supported from start to finish. She has a strong personal background in martial arts, having trained in Viet Quyen Dao, Taekwondo, kickboxing, boxing, and currently Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. This lifelong involvement in combat sports has given her a deep appreciation for movement, resilience, and the importance of structured rehabilitation in both injury recovery and performance. Susan believes that movement is medicine, or as she likes to say, “motion is lotion.” She encourages patients to keep their bodies moving well, building strength and confidence through consistent, purposeful activity. Outside the clinic, Susan continues her martial arts training and has even ticked skydiving off her bucket list – not quite a secret spy, but not afraid of stepping outside her comfort zone.

Andrew completed his Doctor of Physiotherapy at Macquarie University after first qualifying as a Sports and Exercise Scientist at Western Sydney University. His background in strength and conditioning shapes his practical, exercise-focused approach to rehabilitation.

Andrew has worked across aged care, private training, and high-performance sport — including as a Strength & Conditioning Coach with the Manly Sea Eagles NSW Cup team. This breadth of experience allows him to confidently manage a wide range of clients, from older adults looking to maintain independence to active individuals and athletes aiming to return to peak performance.

He has a strong interest in strength-based rehabilitation, return-to-sport and return-to-function programming, and helping patients build the confidence and physical capacity to move well long term. Andrew believes effective rehab should be progressive, goal-driven, and tailored to fit each person’s lifestyle.

Outside the clinic, Andrew stays active through resistance training and sport, which continues to inform his hands-on, performance-oriented approach to physiotherapy. He is passionate about creating a supportive environment where patients feel comfortable, capable, and in control of their recovery.
